We are so happy that you have joined us here, for a few days. The sangha organised your visit to welcome you for what you are : a lineage holder.

I won't talk too much

We are delighted that after all these years and obstacles, the Dhagpo Kagyu Ling Institute is finally seeing the light of the day. The foundation has been laid, and we would be grateful if you could please consecrate it. This Institute is not only an edifice, it will be the expression of, and basis for the activity of great masters like the Gyalwa Karmapa and yourself.

All of us here today have assembled in order to listen to, reflect and meditate on your instructions. In accordance with the teachings that Gendun and Jigme Rinpoche gave us again and again, our goal is to leave behind our restricted and narrow motivation, based on personal opinions, and develop instead an authentic awakened mind. During these three days, our wish is to support, together, your activity and gather the means leading to authentic compassion and wisdom.

Please, accept these offering of the mandala of the universe and symbols of enlightened body, speech and mind as a formal request for the teachings you'll be giving.
